综合护理干预对尿毒症进行血液透析患者护理效果及并发症预防效果分析

目的探究综合护理干预对尿毒症进行血液透析患者护理效果及并发症预防的效果。方法选取尿毒症患者124例随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,观察组采取综合护理方法,对照组选择常规血液透析方法,护理结束后分析心衰治疗前后SDS评分、心衰发生率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离、左心室短颈缩短(FS)、护后满意度、护后负面情绪率等指标。结果干预结束后对照组患者SDS评分高于观察组,观察组患者6 min步行距离、心律、血压、FS、LVEF以及护理总满意度显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论综合护理干预在尿毒症患者的血液透析中,能够有效提高患者治疗的依从性,治疗的效果更加显著,并发症得到有效控制,患者护理满意率提高,值得推广。

Nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing efficacy and complication prevention for hemodialysis patients with uremia

Objective To explore nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing efficacy and complication prevention for hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods A total of 124 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,given comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing.SDS score after treatment,heart failure occurrence rate and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),6 min walking distance,left ventricular short neck relationship (FS),satisfaction and negative emotion of two groups were compared.Resuits After intervention,SDS score was significantly higher in the observation group;The indicators such as 6 minutes walking distance,heart rate,blood pressure,FS,LVEF and overall nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for uremia patients with hemodialysis can effectively improve compliance and treatment effect,effectively control complications,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,so it is worth promoting.
