苹果多酚对小鼠脂肪代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:研究苹果多酚对小鼠脂肪代谢的调节作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为5 组,除基础对照组外,其他4 组给予高脂饲料,每周称1 次体质量,建立肥胖模型。基础对照组和肥胖模型组分别灌胃生理盐水(3.8mg/(kg bw·d),3 个剂量组分别灌胃苹果多酚3.8、7.6、11.4mg/(kg bw·d)。连续4 周后,分别测定小鼠体质量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、肝脂酶(HL)和脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性。结果:苹果多酚能明显降低肥胖小鼠体质量、TG、LDL-C、TC 和MDA 含量以及动脉粥样硬化指数(AI),对肥胖小鼠血清中HDL-C 有明显的升高作用,能有效提高小鼠体内SOD、GSH-PX、HL 和LPL 的活性。结论:苹果多酚可以通过调节小鼠脂肪代谢来降血脂预防动脉粥样硬化。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of apple polyphenol on lipid metabolism in mice. Methods: Totally 50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. Four groups were fed with high fat diet except for the normal control group. The normal control and obesity control groups were administrated with normal saline, and other three groups were administered with apple polyphenol at the dosages of 3.8, 7.6 mg/(kg bw·d) and 11.4 mg/(kg bw·d), respectively. Four weeks later, the mice were sacrificed to assay body weights, contents of serum total triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) malondialdehyde (MDA), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), hepatic lipase (HL) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL). Results: Apple polyphenol could obviously reduce the body weights of mice, the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C and MDA, and atherosclerosis index (AI). In contrast, it could also improve HDL-C and the activities of SOD, GSH-PX, HL and LPL in serum. Conclusion: Apple polyphenol has the function in reducing blood lipid through adjusting lipid metabolism of mice to prevent atherosclerosis diseases.
