摘    要:以新型萃取剂Cyanex272作乳状液膜的载体,从南方离子型稀土矿浸矿液中提取稀土。采用单因子循环法考察了膜溶剂、载体浓度、表面活性剂种类及浓度、油内比、内相酸度、料液浓度、水乳比、时间、温度等因素对提取率的影响,得到优化的膜配方及工艺条件。结果表明:对初步除杂的实际浸矿液,经一次间歇式富集,其稀土提取率大于99%,富集液中稀土浓度大于90g/L,提取效果好。

Abstract:Bis(2,4,4 trimethylpentyl)Phosphinic acid (HBTMPP, Cyanex272) is an excellent acid organophosphorus compounds and its special molecule structure makes it reduce the aqueous acidity during the extraction and stripping of Lanthanide metals by Liquid Surfactant Membranes (LSMs) containing Cyanex272 as a carrier. The optimal membrane ingredients and operation parameters are obtained from a comprehensive investigation of the solvent type, carrier amount, surfactant type and amount, volume ratio of oil phase to internal water phase, desorption acid concentration, external rare earth metals concentration, volume ratio of emulsion phase to external water phase, time and temperature. The results show that the concentration of the enriched rare earth metals in aqueous product phase is over 90 g/L(calculated in Re 2O 3) with a high recover of over 99% by batch liquid membrane process, most impurities are still in the external aqueous phase.
