Stat3?Bcl-2及cyclinD1在口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变中表达的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:研究口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变过程中Stat3?Bcl-2及cyclinD1的表达及其相关性?方法:采用免疫组化的方法分别检测正常口腔黏膜?单纯性增生黏膜?异常增生黏膜与口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中Stat3?Bcl-2及cyclinD1的表达?结果:正常口腔黏膜?单纯性增生黏膜?异常增生黏膜和OSCC中Stat3和Bcl-2?cyclinD1的积分光密度值(intergrated optical density,IOD)均逐步升高;Stat3?Bcl-2?cyclinD1三者的IOD值除单纯性增生黏膜与口腔正常黏膜无统计学意义外,其余各组间均有统计学意义?Stat3与Bcl-2 IOD值呈线形正相关;Stat3与cyclinD1 IOD值呈线形正相关;Bcl-2与cyclinD1 IOD值无相关性?结论:Stat3?Bcl-2及cyclinD1在口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变中表达的相关性提示,口腔黏膜癌前病变癌变是由多种基因共同参与的过程?

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of Stat3,Bcl-2 and cyclinD1 in process of malignant change of oral premalignant lesions. Methods: Expression of Stat3 and cyclinD1 were detected in normal oral epithelia,simple hyperplasia epithelia,dysplasia epithelia and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) by immunohistochemical assay. Results: From normal mucosa,hyperplasia epithelia,dysplasia epithelia to OSCC,the value of IOD increased stepwise. There were statistical significances of Stat3 expression between every two groups in all groups except for between normal mucosa and hyperplasia epithelia groups,as well as expressions of Bcl-2 and cyclinD1. The expression of Stat3 was linear positively correlated to that of Bcl-2 and cyclinD1. No relationship was found between Bcl-2 and cyclinD1. Conclusion: The relationships among Stat3,Bcl-2 and cyclinD1 indicate that more than one genes participate in the process of malignant change of oral premalignant lesions.
