摘    要:在稳定奥氏体区域或亚稳定区域内进行轧制,通过控制冷却速度,可以获得细晶粒铁素体和珠光体组织,提高钢的强度、塑性、韧性。河北敬业集团针对现有棒材线生产设备,以HRB400钢筋成分控制为基础,通过调整化学成分和控轧控冷,成功开发出铁素体晶粒度为10.0~11.0级、屈服强度不低于430 MPa的细晶粒钢筋。

Abstract:The fine grain of ferrite and pearlite in steel can be got through controlled cooling speed when rolled within stable or metastable austenite region and so its strength,plasticity and toughness can be improved.Based on composition control and with adjusting chemical composition and controlled-rolling and controlled-cooling,the HRBF 400 reinforcing steel bar with fine grain is successfully developed with its grain size as 10.0 degree and yield strength not lower than 430 MPa.
