摘    要:河北敬业集团采用炉后渣洗钢水和连铸工艺成功开发了SPHC钢。在SPHC钢冶炼过程中,通过控制转炉终点化学成分、钢水温度、提高转炉终点命中率、对钢水进行渣洗、软吹氩促进夹杂物上浮、强化连铸保护浇铸等措施,改善了钢水的流动性,有效避免了连铸过程中的水口结瘤等事故。SPHC钢热卷成品的合格率达到98.5%,为进一步开发低碳低硅系列钢奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract:The SPHC steel is successfully developed in Hebei Jingye Group with furnace-rear slag washing molten steel and continuous-casting process.In smelting of SPHC steel with measures adopted: controlling end chemical composition and molten steel temperature of converter to increase its end hit-rate,furnace-rear slag washing for molten steel,soft argon-blowing to help inclusion floating up and strengthening protected-casting in continuous casting,the mobility of molten steel gets improved,nozzle nodulation is effectively avoided.The qualified product rate of hot-coil of SPHC steel reaches 98.5%.
