| 摘 要： | 烧结机烟气石灰-石膏法脱硫系统运行中,由于石灰品质、氧化风量比例偏低、烧结机头静电除尘器除尘效率不高等原因,均可能造成吸收塔浆液中毒。分析了某钢铁公司132 m2烧结机烟气脱硫吸收塔浆液中毒的原因,采用浆液置换外排法解决了浆液中毒问题,提出了预防措施。

| Abstract: | In operation of gas desulphurization system with limestone-gypsum method,the flurry in absorbing tower would be poisoned because of bad quality of limestone,low proportion of oxidizing air amount,low efficiency of dust collecting in electrostatic precipitator at head of sintering machine.It is analyzed the reason for poisoning in 132 m2 sintering machine of some iron and steel company,proposed to solve the problem with flurry substitution and discharged out,some precaution measures proposed. |
