| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿不典型急性肠套叠的诊治方法。方法分析16例不典型肠套叠的临床特点、诊断、治疗方法。结果16例仅具备小儿肠套叠典型4项症状的1项或2项,全部采用B超辅助诊断后行空气灌肠复位,无1例手术。结论认识小儿肠套叠的最初临床表现、及时腹部B超检查可早期诊断,降低开腹手术率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatm ent of atypical and acute children intussusception.Methods Analyzed the clinical features,diagnoses and treatments of 16 pediatric cases with atypical acute intussusception.Results 16 cases only with one or two in four classic symptoms of intussusception,all of them were restored by air enema after abdominal B mode ultrasound examination and no one was operated on.Conclusions It could make an early diagnosis and reduce operative ratio to know the initial manifestation of childr en intussusception and perform abdominal B mode ultrasound in time. |
