红海榄叶挥发油的提取及GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]研究红海榄叶挥发油的化学成分。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏和萃取法提取红海榄叶挥发油,利用气质联用技术(GC-MS)和标准图谱检索对照方法对其化学成分进行研究,并用气相色谱面积归一法测定其各成分的相对百分含量。结果]红海榄叶挥发油经GC-MS分析,共检测出92种化合物,鉴定了其中29种,占总量的67.70%,其中主要成分是酯、苯和萘的衍生物及烷烃类化合物,其他成分主要是醛和酚类化合物。结论]通过对红海榄叶挥发油化学成分的研究,为充分发挥其药用价值提供依据。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the chemical compositions of volatile oil from Rhizophora stylosa leaf. Method]The volatile oil of Rhizophora stylosa leaf was prepared by steam distillation and extraction. The chemical compositions were analyzed and certified by gas chroma-tography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and standard map search comparison method.
