| 摘 要： | 中国武术是中华民族之瑰宝。是一项被世界人民公认的璀璨多彩的明珠,但基层中学里习练传统武术的学生,在高考中并没有优势。文章从提高踢腿速度、加强双肩柔软练习、掌握抡臂规则、控制腾空飞脚击响时间等方面进行分析研究,提出掌握好武术套路,勤学苦练,就能突破高考武术之难的大关。
