摘    要:目的对复方自身清颗粒中总芍药苷进行定性鉴别和定量测定。方法定性鉴别采用薄层色谱方法;含量测定采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为:色谱柱Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈:0.1%磷酸水(17∶83),检测波长230 nm,流速1 mL/min,柱温40℃。结果芍药苷在14-140μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),重现性RSD为2.20%,精密度RSD为0.38%,平均回收率为103.12%(RSD 3.37%)。结论该法简便、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish methods of qualitative identification and quantitative detection for total paeoniflorin in Granula Self-cleaning. Methods TLC and HPLC method were carried out respectively to identify and determine paeoniflorin. The HPLC analysis was performed using SHIM ADZU HPLC system. An Agilent C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm) column coupled with guard column C18 (Shim-pack GVP-ODS ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used at 40 ℃. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphate aqueous (17 : 83) at flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin was 14 - 140 μg · mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 9) and its average sample recovery of paeoniflorin was 103.12% ( RSD 3.37 % ). RSD value of reproducibility and precision was respectively 2.20% and 0.38%. Conclusion The established method was simple, accurate, reliable and low cost, thus it is applicable for the quality control of Granula self-cleaning.
