锁定加压钢板内固定在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值

目的：分析微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定在四肢骨折治疗中的临床效果。方法：收集2007年12月～2010年5月入住我院的四肢骨折患者75例，均采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗，观察患者术后骨折临床愈合情况。结果：75例均获得随访，平均随访时间（11．3±3．0）个月。经微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗后，X线片显示骨折全部Ⅰ期愈合，平均愈合时间为18.3周，病例均无骨不连、感染等并发症。按Johner-Wruhs法评价四肢骨折愈合情况，愈合状态优130例（76．0％），良19例（16．0％），可6例，优良率为92．0％。结论：微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定法治疗四肢骨折，内固定牢靠，比较符合生物力学固定（BO）原则，有利于骨折的愈合及软组织的修复，对于骨骼血运不好的部位的骨折愈合及骨质疏松老年患者尤其适合。

Clinical value on treating limb fractures by locking compression plate fixation

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of treating limb fractures by locking compression plate fixation. Methods： To collect December 2007-May 2010 the 75 patients with limb fractures, taking locking compression plate fixation therapy, observe the situation of fracture healing after surgery of patient. Result： 75 patients were followed-up, the average follow-up time for （11.3 ＋3.0） month. After locking compression plate fixation therapy, showing whole healed of fracture by X-ray film, the average healing time for 18.3 weeks, medical case of illness haven＇t complication of nonunion, infection. To Johner-Wruhs method evaluate the situation of limb fracture healing, healing status the excellent for 130 cases （76.0%）, the good for 19 cases （16.0%）, standards for 6 cases, excellent and good rate for 92.0%. Conclusion： Treating limb fractures by locking compression plate fixation, firm fixation, compare the principle of BO, help the repair of fracture healing and soft tissue, has a good effect.
