我国农村住区空间样本类型区划谱系研究

针对我国农村住区空间样本的类型特征,在综合考虑我国建筑气候区划、地形地貌、行政区划、经济发展水平差异和农村村庄数量密度等多项因子的基础上,利用GIS空间数据的叠合(Overlay)分析技术,分析并初步确定我国农村住区的类型谱系.指出:我国农村住区空间样本分布具有明显的地域差异,可以划分116个基础样本类型,用于不同建筑气候区划、地形特征等条件下各地区农村住宅规划设计与建设标准的分类指导;中、西部地区由于经济发展的梯度差异具有迅速跟进和农村住房建设数量迅猛增长的趋势,建设标准分类指导的意义更为重要,可以进一步划分为1454个数据库样本类型,建立我国农村住区空间样本类型数据库的基础数据.这项基础性研究工作为我国正在开展的各类农村住区规划、农村住宅建筑设计标准研究和新农村建设提供了参考.

Study on Division Series of Types of Spatial Samples of Rural Settlements in China

This paper analyzes and preliminarily categorizes spatial samples of rural settlements in China through applying analytical techniques of GIS overlay and by taking into consideration of such impact factors as building climate zones, geograph-ic topography, provincial administrative boundaries, economic development regions and the layout density and quantity of rural settlements (villages).The article points out that the layout of spatial samples of rural settlements in China exhibit clear geographical differences, which can be divided into 116 fundamental types for classification guideline in planning and design and constructional standards, accord-ing to various building climate zones and geographical features.The trend of eco-nomic growth in central and western part of China shows great potentials, driving rural housing construction in a very fast speed, thus the classification guideline of construction standards has important significance.In addition, building types can be further divided into 1454 kinds that can be used as a reference for determining res-idential building standards and for constructing a basic typological database for rural settlements in China.
