膀胱移行细胞癌中Dab2／DOC-2与GRB2表达的相关性及临床意义

目的探讨Dab2、GRB2在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测Dab2、GRB2在64例膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达，采用卡方检验分析两者表达与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理学特征之间的关系。结果膀胱移行细胞癌中Dab2和GRB2阳性表达率分别是43．8％和81．3％，表达呈负相关（r=-0．383，P=0．002）。Dab2表达水平与肿瘤病理学分期有关，GRB2表达与肿瘤的病理学分级有关。结论Dab2、GRB2蛋白表达可作为判断膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的重要指标。

Relationship between the expression of DAB2/DOC-2 and GRB2 and their clinical significances in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder

Objective To investigate the expressions of Dab2 （also as DOC-2） and growth factor receptor-bound protein 2 （GRB2） in transition cell carcinoma of bladder （BTCC） and their clinical significance and correlation. Methods The expressions of Dab2 and GRB2 were determined by immunohistochemical method in 64 cases of BTCC. The relationship between their expressions with clinicopathologic factors was analyzed by chisquare test. Results The positive expression rates of the Dab2 and GRB2 in BTCC were 43.8% and 81.3% respectively, and there was a negative relationship between the expressions of Dab2 and GRB2 （ r = - 0. 383, P =0. 002）. The expressions of Dab2 were correlated with the pathological stage, and the expressions of GRB2 were correlated with the pathological grade. Conclusion The expression of Dab2 and GRB2 are closely related to biological behaviour of the transition cell carcinoma of bladder.
