萧山图书馆开展"点菜式"服务的探索

摘    要:“点菜式”服务是运用现代技术手段代查、代借、订购等方式,为读者提供纸质图书、电子图书和文献信息等,最大限度满足读者的文献信息需求的服务方式。通过介绍萧山图书馆一年来开展“点菜式”服务,论述了这项服务的目标和意义、具体做法以及支撑环境,并对存在的问题进行了分析。

Abstract:The "dishes-ordering"service provides the physical books, the electronic books and the literature information and so on for the reader and satisfies reader's literature information demands with the aid of retrieval,borrowing,order etc. on the reader's behalf. With introducing the "dishes-ordering"service for a year practice in the Xiaoshan Library, this article discusses the goal and the significance of this service, the practical way and the support environment and analyses the existence questions.
