速冻食品智能化包装研究

速冻食品对冷链物流温度有严格的要求,但实际冷链运输中经常偏离规定温度。运输配送过程由于缺乏实时监控措施,往往会对后续事故原因鉴定造成一定的困难,这些问题的解决需要一个能够持续记录物品温湿度并将此数据便捷存储和发送到后台管理系统的技术。为此,将RFID（射频识别）技术应用于冷冻食品包装运输,研制出了一种适合速冻食品包装用智能瓦楞纸箱,解决了速冻食品冷链运输、储存中监管难的问题。

Research on intelligent packaging for frozen food

Frozen food has strict requirements for the temperature of the cold-chain logistics system,but the temperature often deviates from the set value in the actual cold-chain transportation.The lack of real time temperature monitoring measures in the process of transportation and distribution operation causes the difficulty in determining the causes of the subsequent accidents.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,a technology which is used to continuously record the temperature and humidity data,conveniently store data and send data to the back-stage management system is required.Therefore,RFID technology is applied in the packaging of frozen food and an intelligent corrugated box suitable for frozen food packaging is developed,which solves the problems of supervision in the cold-chain transportation and storage of frozen food.
