磺化琥珀酸N-月桂基单酰胺二钠盐的合成与性能

摘    要:在特选的烃类溶剂存在下 ,使月桂胺与顺丁烯二酸酐进行酰胺化 ,再用Na2 SO3 进行磺化制成了新型表面活性剂磺化琥珀酸N 月桂基单酰胺二钠盐 (SDAS) ,并用正交实验法对酰胺化反应条件进行了筛选。得到的最佳反应条件为 :胺酐摩尔比 1∶1.14,酰胺化反应温度 6 0℃ ,酰胺化反应时间 15min ;酐盐摩尔比 1∶1.10 ,磺化反应温度 70℃ ,磺化反应时间 2h ,目的产物收率≥ 93 %,对SDAS各项应用性能进行了测定。

Abstract:A new surfactant disodium N-dodecylmonoamido sulfosuccinate (SDAS) was synthesised by amidation of maleic anhydride with dodecyl amine in a selected hydrocarbon solvent and then by sulfonation with Na 2SO 3. The optimum reaction conditions were studied by orthogonal experiments, the results were as follows: anhydride/dodecylamine (molar ratio) =1∶1.14, amidation temperature 60 ℃, amidation time 15 min; anhydride/Na 2SO 3 (molar ratio)=1∶1.10, sulfonation temperature 70 ℃ sulfonation time 2 h. The yield was more than 93%. The application properties of SDAS were measured and discussed.
