摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法对单级径向涡轮在导向叶栅的不同开度、不同工况下的全流场进行了三维模拟分析。研究表明,可调导叶对涡轮性能的影响是叶栅收敛度、气流冲角与出气角的综合影响。在综合考虑了导叶损失以及叶轮损失的基础上,提出了变几何径向涡轮随速比变化的调节方案。

Abstract:Numerical simulation for single-stage radial turbine under different opening and conditions in three-dimension was carried out to analysis the aerodynamic characteristics.The results showed the influence of pivoting-stator on the turbine's aerodynamic performance was combined effect of cascade convergence,attack angle and out-flow angle.Comprehensive consideration of stator loss and impeller loss,an adjustment program was proposed with different velocity ratio.
