摘    要:三电平逆变器具有耐压等级高、谐波含量低、开关损耗小等优点,应用于光伏并网发电领域能提高系统的容量和效率,但是其空间矢量调制(SVPWM)存在运算复杂、实现困难等问题.文章介绍了三电平光伏并网逆变器的主电路结构和工作原理,并针对其SVPWM算法的复杂性,提出一种三电平SVPWM的简易算法,将三相正弦调制波修正到两电平下,利用零序分量注入法实现两电平下的SVPWM调制并反修正到三电平,使得运算量大为化简.搭建10kW三电平光伏并网逆变器实验平台,实验结果证明了本文提出的简易调制策略的正确性.

Abstract:Three-level inverter promotes the virtues of high stress level, low voltage distortion, low harmonic content, and increases the capacity and efficiency of PV system. However, three-level SVPWM is complex and hard to implement. In this paper topology structure and principle of three-level photovohaic grid-connected inverter are introduced. Then, according to the complexity of three-level SPWM, a simple SVPWM algorithm is proposed, which corrects three phase sine modulation waves to two level, and makes the calculation simple. A three-level photovoltaic grid-connected inverter rated 10kW is built, and experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the simple algorithm.
