| 摘 要： | 为了加快构建完善的社区卫生服务体系,要大力培养全科医生。中医药院校要利用自身的优势承担起培养中医全科医生的历史责任,要革新教育观念,加快培养基地的建设,对人才培养要有新的定位目标,积极探索培养模式,使之成为中医全科医生的培养基地。
