甲壳胺纤维纺丝原液的制备及其流变性能的研究

摘    要:以蟹壳甲壳质为原料,以不同配比的氯化锂(LiCl)和N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)以及三氯乙酸(TCA)和二氯甲烷(DCM)为复合溶剂制备了甲壳胺纤维的湿法纺丝原被(成纤高聚物的浓溶液),对原料溶解过程的预处理和纺丝原液的流变性能做了研究,结果表明,在DMAC/LiCl体系中,LiCl含量为8%时和TCA/DCM(W/W)为60/40,甲壳胺的溶解性最佳,纺丝原液浓度在4~6%时,可纺性较好,而

Abstract:This paper deals with the preparation and rheologic properties of Chitosan fiber solution. Crabshells, was employed as raw material to prepare chitosan. The solvents used are the mixture of LiCl/DMAC and TCA/DCM with various weight ratios. Dissolution processes were studied and rheologic properties of solution were discussed.
