| Abstract: | Large plastic scintillator is used as the radiation detector and 16 bit microprocessor 8098 is used as the data processor. They constitute the contactless metering device-the nuclear balance. The principle of the nuclear balance, the designs of the hardware and software, and its characteristic is described. |
