摘    要:莱钢找出生产、销售、研发三方面出现的不足,及时调整营销策略,实施产销研一体化模式。根据良好、低迷、严峻等不同市场形势采取应对的策略,实现了研发与生产和销售市场的对接,满足了市场和用户需求。

Abstract:The integration mode of production, marketing and research has been carried out with the adjustment of markets strategy after the shortage has been found from the production, marketing and research in Laiwu Steel. With the changes of sales situation under the different conditions, the conjunction of production, marketing and research has been accomplished. This work may meet the requirements of markets and customs.
