中医界“请缨”战“非典”——中西医结合防治非典有优势

2003年4月26日在北京召开了以“中医药防治非典型肺炎”为主题的第5届中医药战略地位研讨会。会上有关专家就非典的病因、病机、防治方法等进行了交流 ,总结出临床治疗分4期辨证论治 ,中医药的早期及时干预尤为重要 ;早期宜清轻宣透 ,不可过用寒凉 ;早期即可扶正活血软坚散结并举 ,防止肺纤维化和病灶扩散 ,并促使病灶早日吸收 ;治疗过程中始终保持患者大便的通畅 ,以促进毒素的排出。中西医要携手抗击非典。

TCM ask for treating SARS--Predominance of integrating TCM and WM for preventing and treating SARS

The 5 th symposium on TCM strategical status titled of Preventing and Treating SARS with TCM was held in Beijing on April 26, 2003. The experts discussed the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of SARS,exchanged the methods for preventing and treating SARS.They summed up the diagnosis and treatment according to the syndrome in the four stages, and stressed the importance of TCM treatment betimes.In the early stage,the treatment principle should be clearing and expelling heat.Over using the herbs with cold and cool nature is not suitable.The herbs for strengthening vital Qi, promoting blood circulation, dissipating mass are applicable in the early stage in order to avoid fibrosis of lungs and diffuse of focus and improve the absorption of the inflammatory exudate. Keeping the bowels relaxing to promote draining out of toxins is important in the whole course of the treatment.TCM and WM should work hand in hand to treat and prevent SARS.
