老年性白内障晶体一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶的生化检测

摘    要:本文采用化学比色法对老年性白内障和正常晶体进行一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶含量的测定。结果表明老年性白内障一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶的含量明显升高,并讨论了这些改变的意义。提出高浓度的NO可对晶体产生较强制 氧化损害。

Abstract:The level of nitric oxide and its synthetase were measured in senile cataractous and normal lenses by chemical chromatometry.The results showed that the level of nitric oxide and its synthetase on senile cataractous were raised obviously.The significance of these changes was discussed.It was suggested that the hyconcentration nitric oxide and its synthetase could produce more powerful oxidatiion damage on lens.
