聚丙烯纤维混凝土局部增强预制桩在工程中的应用

摘    要:预制桩施工过程中遇到坚硬地层,桩头破损率非常高,严重影响施工质量和进度.应用聚丙烯纤维混凝土对预制桩桩头进行局部增强,提高预制桩整体抗拉强度,改善其抗冲击韧性和耐打性.现场试桩试验表明相同地质条件下聚丙烯纤维混凝土局部增强预制桩的桩头破损率较普通混凝土预制桩有显著降低.随后进行工程桩推广使用,取得了良好效果.

Application of Polypropylene Fibers Concrete to Partial Reinforced Precast Pile in Engineering
Abstract:The pile head has very high damage rate during the precast pile encountering hard formations in construction,which affected the construction quality and schedule seriously.The polypropylene fibers concrete is used to partial reinforced the precast pile heads.The tensile strength of the whole precast pile is improved,its impact toughness and resistance to beating are all improved.The pile experiment in field shows in the same geological conditions the damage rate of pile head by polypropylene fibers concrete to partial reinforced precast pile is significantly lower than that by the ordinary precast concrete piles.Subsequently,the method is used and spreaded in engineering pile,it achieves good results.
