婴幼儿肺炎血清心肌酶的测定及意义

目的 探讨婴幼儿肺炎血清心肌酶的变化及意义。 方法 应用速率法测定30例患儿血清天冬氨酸转移酶 (AST)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶 (CK -MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的水平 ,住院7d后复查 ,观察血清心肌酶的水平与病情的关系 ,以同年龄正常小儿作对照。结果 婴幼儿肺炎组急性期血清心肌酶 (AST、CK、CK -MB、LDH)水平显著高于对照组 ,均P<0.01。恢复期血清心肌酶水平下降 ,但仍高于对照组 ,两组相比有显著性差异 ,均P<0.05。婴幼儿肺炎急性期经皮测血氧饱和度与正常儿相比无显著差异。结论 婴幼儿肺炎患儿血清心肌酶升高与病情相关 ,提示心肌损害的客观存在 ,缺氧可能不是导致心肌损害的主要原因

The analysis of serum myocardial enzyme un infantile pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the level of Serum Myocardial Enzyme in Infantile Pneumonia and its clinical significance.Methods Serum Myocardial Enzyme were detected with kinetic rate assay,including Aspartic Transaminase(AST)?Creatine Kinase(CK) ?Creatine Kinase -MB(CK-MB) and Lactic Dihydrogenase(LDH) in 30 cases of infantile pneumonia. The detection were repeated in 7 days after hospitalization. The relationship between the state of illness and level of Myocardial enzyme was observed.It was contrasted with normal children at the same ages. Results The levels of myocardial enzyme (AST?CK?CK-MB?LDH) in acute infantile pneumonia were significantly higher than the normal control group (p(0.01) . The myocardial enzyme level in convalescence reduced but was still higher than the control group (P<0.05). The level of SaO2 was no significant difference between the acute pneumonia group and the normal control.Conclusion The level of myocardial enzyme in infantile pneumonia is higher than normal ,which may be relevant to the state of pneumonia.It indicates that myocardial injury exists in infantile pneumonia,which is probably not mainly derived from hypoxia.
