超深埋设钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋波纹管的设计与施工实施

钢带增强聚乙烯螺旋缠绕波纹管是一种新型塑料埋地排水管。该产品使用连续钢带压成近似∧型的螺旋钢肋缠绕在内、外两层热熔接的聚乙烯层之间，把钢材的高刚度、高强度和聚乙烯的柔韧、耐腐性能结合在一起，可以使管材做到SN8，SN12．5，SN16三个环刚度等级。弥补了较大直径塑料埋地排水管只能达到SN8的限制，该产品的特点是强度高、重量轻。本文通过改进理论计算方法和施工管理，实现了超深埋设20m深，满足了工程需要，并进一步证明了该产品的突出性能和优点。

The Design and Construction Practice of Exceeding Buried Steel Reinforced Polyethylene Spirall Corrugated Pipe

Steel reinfored polyethylene spirall corrugated pipe is a new kind of plastic buried pipe. For this product, the continuted steel belt compressed as A type spirally rib was winded between out and inner hot-melt connected polyethylene layers. So that, the high stiffness and strength of steel have been combined with the super flexible and corrosion resistance of polyethylene to let pipe material getting SNS, SN12.5 and SN16 circle stiffness grade. SN8 limit was broken through. The properties of this product are high strength and low weight. With the improvement of calculating method and construction management, 20 m exceeding buried pipe was realized and engineering requirement was satisfied in this paper. The outstanding property and advantage of this product were further proved.
