特大事故隐患区矿柱群回采技术研究

摘    要:由于存在火区与空区隐患,铜坑矿细脉带矿体开采区,被认定为广西特大事故隐患区。隐患区内遗留的大量矿柱群,回采条件极其困难。本文分析了该矿柱群开采技术特点,针对性地采用高效率的集束孔阶段强制崩落技术,同时采取了柔性阻波墙、均匀放矿、地表覆盖等系统的安全控制措施,解决了复杂隐患区矿柱群回采技术难题,达到了根治火区隐患的目的。

Abstract:The area of veinlet belt orebady of Tongkeng Mine is identified as a accident potential area by Guangxi government for mine fire and ground control. So it is very difficult to recovery the pillars ore in this area. In this paper, the mining technical characteristics are analyzed. The complex technical problems of pillar group mining are solved by applying high efficiency block forced caving method with bundle-hole blasting and safety measure of flexible shockwave resistance wall, even ore drawing, and covering collapsed area. Finally the purpose to eliminate accident potent is achieved.
