摘    要:CD_4~+CD_(25)~+调节性T细胞(CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ regulatory T cells, CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ Tregs)可抑制机体对肿瘤的免疫应答,导致不利于肿瘤患者的对肿瘤的免疫耐受.以降低CD_4~+CD_(25)~+Tregs作用,增强对肿瘤的免疫应答为新策略的肿瘤免疫治疗探索已有初步进展.方法 包括去除CD_4~+CD_(25)~+Tregs、单克隆抗体、蛋白分子转移、阻断Tregs的迁移和分化、逆转Tregs的分化、阻断Tregs的功能、疫/瘤苗、将Tregs调控与其他治疗模式相组合、提升抑制效应细胞的阈值.

Abstract:CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(CD4+CD25+ Tregs) can suppress the useful immune response against tumors,which lead to immune tolerance to tumors in tumor patients.The tumor immunotherapy based on the new strategy which decreases the function of CD4+CD25+ Tregs and enhances the immune response against tumors has been explored.The methods were consisted of the depletion of CD4+CD25+Tregs,monoclonal antibodies,protein molecule transfer,blocking Tregs trafficking and differentiation,subverting Tregs differentiatio...
