| 摘 要： | 机械设计最优总体方案的确定是多因素寻优问题。本文从模幅箱出发,利用相对成本和相对技术特性比较法,给出了一般机械设计总体方案选优的过程。通过设计一台用于批量生产的旋转装置,我们引入了总功能图和分功能图以说明确定机械设计最优总体方案的程序。这种设计程序简单、明了,易于掌握,因而适于工程应用。

| Abstract: | The determination of optimal overall plan in mechanical design is a problem to seek excellent in many factors. In this paper, proceeding from the morphological cassete method, we used comparison method of the relative cost and the relative technic characteristic to present a choice process of optimal overall plan in normal mechanical design. Designing a turning device for mass production, we introduce total function diagram and partial function diagram to explain the program, which determine optimal overall plan in mechanical design. This design is simple and clear. Man can easily master it. Therefore it can be applied to engineering. |
