甜菜叶片表型与其产质量的关系

摘    要:甜菜生产用种主要依靠进口,来源不同的品种表型各异,甜菜高产高糖的表型特征,是育种和栽培管理最直观和简捷的指标。本研究利用丰产和高糖两种类型的2对甜菜品种为材料,通过连续两年对不同类型甜菜营养生长期叶片的形态指标进行比较,分析各指标与甜菜产量和含糖的关系。研究结果表明,丰产型甜菜品种在整个生育期的叶片长度和生育前期叶面积均高于高糖型品种;叶丛快速生长期叶面积、叶丛重和块根与糖分增长期叶片长度与产量呈显著正相关,糖分积累期叶片数量、叶丛重和叶面积与根含糖率呈显著正相关;叶丛快速生长期具有较大的叶面积是甜菜高产高糖的表型基础,可作为甜菜遗传改良、品种选择和精准化栽培管理的参考指标。

Abstract:The seeds for sugar beet production mainly rely on imports,and varieties from different countries have different phenotypes.The phenotypic characteristics of sugar beet with high yield and sugar content are the most intuitive and simple indicators for breeding and cultivation management.Two pairs of sugar beet varieties with different characteristics(high-yield and high-sugar content)were used as study materials.By comparing the morphological indexes of leaves during the vegetative growth period for two consecutive years,analyzed the relationship between various indicators and its yield and sugar content.The study results showed that the leaf length during the entire growth period and leaf area at early growth stage of high-yield sugar beet variety are higher than those of high-sugar content variety;Leaf area,leaf weight at foliage rapid growth period were significantly positively correlated with yield,and the leaf length at root and sugar increasing stage has the same result;Leaf number,leaf weight and leaf area at sugar accumulated stage were positively correlated with root sugar content;The relatively large leaf area at foliage rapid growth period is the phenotypic basis of sugar beet with both of high yield and high sugar content,which can be used as the reference indicator for genetic improvement,variety selection and precise cultivation management in sugar beet production.
