| 摘 要： | 网上证券交易作为一种全新的电子交易的方式，与传统的交易模式相比，具有不受时间地域限制、交互性强、服务范围广、成本低、高效便捷、安全准确等优点，因此倍受广大证券公司和股民的关注。越来越多的投资开始采用互联网这种先进的方式进行证券交易，交易额不断增加。
