兔坐骨神经电损伤后区域雪旺氏细胞增殖变化及分析

摘    要:目的 比较成年兔坐骨神经分别受到75V电压损伤和横断伤后雪旺氏细胞增殖变化情况.方法 建立兔坐骨神经电损伤和横断伤实验模型,选择损伤后第3、7、10天作为观察点.应用双酶消化法分离神经受损区域神经雪旺氏细胞并计数.结果 75V电损伤后雪旺氏细胞数量明显要多于横断伤后的雪旺氏细胞数量.结论 75V电损伤不能损伤雪旺氏细胞正常功能,电损伤后坐骨神经Wallerian变性比较快而全面是雪旺氏细胞数量增多的原因.

Abstract:Objective To oberve the Schwann cells of rabbit sciatic nerve injured experimentally by cut and 75 voltage electricity.Methods Created the model of rabbit sciatic nerves 75 voltage electrical injured and cut injured,then Counted the amount of the Schwann cell which was separated from the region injured,the time point was the 3rd,7th,10th day after injury.Results The cell amount separated from the 75 voltage electrical injured area were more than from the cut injured.Conclusion The 75 voltage electrical inju...
