基于ARM的气动定位控制系统设计研究

摘    要:针对气动控制系统,提出一种以CortexM3为控制器的汽车气动门定位系统的设计方案。为了验证控制系统的稳定性能和动态响应,采用了积分分离PID控制算法,同时利用MATLAB对该控制器的控制方法进行仿真。实验结果表明,该控制算法解决了系统偏差和超调过大的问题,有效地改善了系统快速稳定的定位功能。

Abstract:Aiming at the pneumatic control system, a design scheme of motor vehicle pneumatic door positioning system by using Cortex M3 as the main controller" is presented. In order to validate the stability of the control system and dynamic response, the method of design and realization were applied by the integral separation PID control, at the same time, the control method of the controller was simulated by using MATLAB. The experiment results show that this control algorithm can solve the problems of the large system deviation aud the big overshoot, anti also can improve efficiently the fast positioning function of the system.
