Fenton试剂深度处理酱油废水的试验研究

摘    要:酱油生产废水COD高、成分复杂、色度高,是一种较难处理的有机废水.经过常规工艺处理,出水有时仍难达标.采用Fenton试剂对生化出水进行深度处理研究,对氧化时间、Fenton试剂配比与投加量、pH、温度等因素对处理效果的影响进行了探讨.结果表明,在正交试验得出的最优条件下,出水水质达到国家排放标准.

Abstract:Wastewater from soy sauce production was a kind of organic wastewater that was hard to be treated because of high concentration of COD with complex components and high colority.The effluent from the ordinary treatment process was difficult to reach the discharge standard.Fenton reagent was used in the advanced treatment of the effluent water and the effects of oxidation time,fenton reagent ratio,dosage,the pH value and temperature on wastewater treatment were investigated.The results showed,under the optimal condition which was gain from orthogonal,the end effluent quality achieved the state discharge standard.
