动脉硬化检测与视网膜静脉阻塞中药介入时机的相关性研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨动脉硬化检测值作为中医药早期介入治疗视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的客观参考指标之一的可行性.[方法]搜集2009年09月至2010年12月眼科门诊RVO患者32例,进行动脉硬化检测,根据检测结果将纳入病例分为正常硬化组、轻度硬化组、中度硬化组和重度硬化组,比较中药介入的疗效及动脉硬化程度的改善情况及动脉硬化与RVO的关系.[结果]动脉硬化程度较高者RVO患病率高,中药疗效以动脉硬化较轻者好;经过中药调理后患者原有的动脉硬化程度减轻或趋于正常范围.[结论]动脉硬化检测值可作为一项中医药早期防治RVO的客观参考指标.

Research on Correlation between Detection of Arteriosclerosis and Intervention Timing of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Retinal Vein Occlusion

Abstract:[Objective] Define atherosclerosis value as one of the objective indicators for early Chinese medicine intervention for Retinal vein occlusion[.Methods] 32 RVO patients were selected in our out-patient clinic.Atherosclerosis value was defined for each patient.According to their atherosclerosis value,patients were divided into four groups: normal group,mild atherosclerosis group,moderate atherosclerosis group and severe atherosclerosis group.The efficacy of Chinese Medicine treatment and the change of atherosclerosis extent were evaluated.[Result] Patients having higher Arteriosclerosis had the higher incidence of Retinal vein occlusion.Chinese medicine intervention had significant effect on mild and early atherosclerosis patients.After months of Chinese medicine treatment,the conditioning of atherosclerosis improved and even alleviated to normal range[.Conclusion]Atherosclerosis value can be as an objective reference for early Chinese medicine intervention in treating Retinal vein occlusion.
