| Abstract: | Based on the metallographic analysis and hardness testing,the early stage fracture of GCr15 steel axis of automobile pump has been studied.The results show that the intergranular cracking of GCr15 steel causes by the microstructure after overheating and quenching,as well as the grinding crack during machining. |
