粉防己及其替代广防己的安全性质疑

摘    要:国家食品药品监督管理局决定,以粉防己替代广防己,但有三点值得注意:1)粉防己中硝基菲类物质的分布特征;2)马兜铃酸Ⅰ以外的其他马兜铃酸类及其衍生物的毒性特性;3)粉防己急性毒性大而快,是否与粉防己与硝基菲类物质叠加的毒性有关。为科学评价粉防己及其替代广防己的安全性提供实验依据。

Abstract:State Food and Pharmaceutical Administration has decided to substitute Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae for Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi. However, some atte ntions must be paid to 1) The distribution of the nitro-phenanthrene in Radix S tephaniae Tetrandrae. 2) The toxicity of other aristolochines except aristoloch ic acid I and its derivatives. 3) The great and rapid toxicity of Radix Stephan iae Tetrandrae. It is not known as yet if the toxicity is related to the overlap ped toxic effect of the Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and the nitro-phenanthrene. The experimental basis should be established for scientific evaluation on the sa fety of Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and its substitute Radix Aristolochiae Fangc hi.
