摘    要:研究了芽孢细菌Gracilibacillus ureilyticus抗白色念珠菌活性物质的提取分离,以洗脱液颜色和活性为评价指标,探讨了大孔吸附树脂脱色和离子交换树脂提取工艺条件,为极端环境细菌Gracilibacillus ureilyticus抑菌活性物质的进一步开发和利用奠定了基础。

Extraction and Separation of Antibacterial Active Substance Produced by Gracilibacillus Ureilyticus

Abstract:The antibacterial active substance was extracted and separated by macroporous adsorption resin decolorization and ion exchange resin extraction.Using the eluention color and activity as evaluation indexes,the process of decolorization and extraction were optimized.It provides foundation for devecopment and utilization of antibacterial active substance produced by Gracilibacillus ureilyticus .
