小剂量卡前列甲酯用于无痛负压吸引术前预处理的观察

目的：探讨无痛负压吸引术前阴道放置卡前列甲酯扩张软化宫颈适宜的给药时间.方法：采用前瞻性对比研究,将300例自愿要求行负压吸引术的妇女随机分为A、B、C三组,A组卡前列甲酯0.5mg术前1h放入阴道后穹隆,B组术前2h放入阴道后穹隆,C组为对照组不采用任何药物行负压吸引术.观察并比较各组在负压吸引术中宫颈松弛程度、手术时间、术中出血量、手术效果、副反应等参数.结果：A组、B组较C组在宫颈松弛程度方面具有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）.手术中出血量A、B、C三组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）.手术时间和手术效果方面A组、B组与C组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：无痛负压吸引术前阴道放置卡前列甲酯0.5mg可以有效地扩张软化宫颈、缩短手术时间、减少受术者痛苦;术前阴道上药时间1h和2h同样有效.

Small dosage of PG05 for pretreatment before the painless abortion

Objectives： To explore the optimal administration time of PG05 placed in vagina for cervical dilation before the painless artificial abortion. Method： The prospective comparative study consisted of 300 pregnant women who voluntarily applied for the painless artificial abortion. They were randomly divided into three groups, 100 cases in each group, namely Group A, B and C. Comparison was carried out among those two treatment groups （ A and B） and Group C which didn＇ t use any medicine for artificial abortion. Group A were placed 0.5mg PG05 in posterior fornix of vagina 1 hour before operation. Group B were placed 0.5mg PG05 in posterior fornix of vagina 2 hours before operation. Cervical relaxation, operation time and blood loss during oper-ation, operation effect and side effect were observed and compared among those groups. Result： There was no significant differ- ence in cervical relaxation between Group A and Group B （ P 〉 0.05 ） but they were significantly different from Group C （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in blood loss among those 3 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in operation time and operation effect between Group A and Group B while significantly different from Group C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Use of 0.5mg PG05 in vagina before painless artificial abortion is significantly helpful in cervical priming, operation time reduction and pain easiness. Either application of PG05 in vagina 1 or 2 hours before operation is simaificantlv effective.
