摘    要:目的建立简单方便,快捷准确的人丹质量标准的检验方法,其目标为显微鉴别和高效液相含量测定。方法采用中药材粉末显微鉴定,寻找人丹在显微镜下的木香、小茴香和草豆蔻药材的特征性细胞;用高效液相法测定人丹中肉桂药材的含量。结果显微鉴定:木香、小茴香和草豆蔻药材特征性强;含量测定方法:肉桂药材中桂皮醛检测操作简单,准确,桂皮醛在1.2631~80.8403μg之间呈良好的线性关系,桂皮醛的回收率为99.08%。结论对木香、小茴香和草豆蔻药材定性及肉桂药材定量方法准确、简便,可用于控制人丹的质量。

Abstract:Objective In order to search a easy,accurate and quick method for controlling the quality of Rendan,we establish a method of microscopical identification for the characteristic identification of Rendan; and establish a HPLC method for determining the content. Methods Microscopical identification method was used to identify of the characteristic cells of the Radix Aucklandiae, the Fructus Foeniculi and the Alpiniae Kat- sumadai Semen through the herbal powder. HPLC was used to determine the content of the Cinnamomi Cortex. Results Microscopical identification The Radix Aucklandiae, the Fructus Foenieuli and the Alpiniae Kat- sumadai Semen showed the strong characters; HPLC The result showed this method was easy to handle and ac- curate. In the range of 1. 2631 ~ 80. 840 trg, the Cinnamic aldehyde showed good linear relationship. The re- covery of Cinnamic aldehyde was 99.08%. Conclusion The microscopical identification method for identifica- tion of the Radix Aucklandiae, the Fructus Foeniculi and the Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen is also accurate and easy. The HPLC method for determining the content of the Cinnamon is accurate and easy. We can use these methods to control the quality of Rendan.
