鼻咽癌放疗前后耳鼻咽喉疾病调查分析

目的：调查鼻咽癌病人放疗前后耳鼻咽喉疾病的发病率。方法：观察113例鼻咽癌病人放疗前、放疗后半年至3年的耳鼻咽喉临床资料。结果：放疗前有分泌性中耳炎的病人51．33％，鼻窦炎30．97％。放疗后有13种耳鼻咽喉疾病，其中放射性咽炎、鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、干燥与萎缩性咽炎、放射性鼻炎、鼻粘连的发病率分别为96．46％、92．92％、74．34％、61．95％、36．28％、29．2％。在放疗后半年时，放射性咽炎、鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、放射性鼻炎、鼻粘连的发病率分别达到96．46％、79．65％、53．98％、36．28％、23．89％。干燥与萎缩性咽炎在2年-3年时发病率为50．57％。结论：鼻咽癌病人放疗前容易合并分泌性中耳炎及鼻窦炎。放疗后容易并发放射性咽炎及鼻炎、鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、干燥与萎缩性咽炎、鼻钻连．发病高峰期除干燥与萎缩性咽炎在2年—3年时外，余以上5种常见并发症均在半年时。

Investigation and analysis on otolaryngologic diseases in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy

Objective:To investigate the incidence of otolaryngologic diseases in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy Methods:The otolaryngologic data of 131 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiotherapy and half to 3 years after radiotherapy were researched Results:The incidence of secretary otitis media before radiotherapy was 51 33%,and the nasal sinusitis was 30 97%.There were 13 kinds of otolaryngologic diseases after radiotherapy.They were irradiation pharyngitis,nasal sinusitis,secretary otitis media,pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis,irradiation rhinitis,nasal synechia,and the incidence of them were 96 46%,92 92%,74 34%,61 95%,36 28%,29 2%,respectively.The incidence of irradiation pharyngitis,nasal sinusitis,secretary otitis media,irradiation rhinitis,nasal synechia were 96 46%?79 65%?53 98%?36 28%?23 89%,respectively in half one year after radiotherapy.And pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis was 50 57% after radiotherapy 2 to 3 years Conclusion:The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma are easy to combine with nasal sinusitis and secretary otitis media before radiotherapy.And after radiotherapy are easy to combine with irradiation pharyngitis and rhinitis,nasal sinusitis,secretary otitis media,pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis and nasal synechia.The highest time period of pharyngitis sicca and atrophic pharyngitis are 2 to 3 years after radiotherapy,others are half one year after radiotherapy
