摘    要:以断裂力学的有关理论为依据,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件研究在固定的磨削速度下,单个磨粒磨削单颗粒SiCp/Al复合材料的延性去除问题.结果表明:SiC颗粒所受到的拉伸应力和压缩应力都随磨削深度的增加而增大;SiC颗粒发生延性去除的极限切深为0.6μm,SiC颗粒发生延性去除时其最大压缩应力大于26GPa,同时最大拉...

Abstract:Based on fracture mechanics,ductile-regime removal of a single abrasive grain grinding SiCP/Al composites with individual particle at fixed grinding speed was investigated by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results indicated that the max tensile and compressive stress acting on SiC particle increased with the increasing of grinding depth;The max grinding depth at which ductile-regime removal happened to SiC particle was 0.6μm.When ductile-regime removal happened to SiC particle,the maximum compressive stress was greater than 26GPa at the same time the maximum tensile stress was less than 11.82GPa.Under the cutting of tool along with the compressive and tensile effect of SiC particle,plastic yield happened to Al matrix.
