ZrO_2超细粉体化学沉淀法制备的工艺研究

摘    要:本工作采用了化学沉淀法合成氧化锆超细陶瓷粉末,研究了各工艺参数对合成粉体性能的影响,并从胶体化学的角度分析了各参数对沉淀粒子所起的作用.发现只有将盐溶液浓度和PH值选择适当时,才能得到细小分散,粒径分布一致的氧化锆粉体.

Abstract:To meet China's urgent need,much research bas been done on preparation of ultrafine ZrOZ powderby two commonly used methods, includiDg chemical precipitation process.This paper presents further imProvement of quality of such powder through jUdicious choice of technological parameters for chemicalPrecipitation process.The properties of a ceramic material depend mainly on the nature of powder sintered.Thendcrostructurc of ceramics are determined.to a large cxten'by particle shape,size,distribution.agglomeration, etc.In this paper,our research shows a PH value of 10.0 and a solution concentration of0.smol% should be selected in order to obtain ZrO2 powder of sphericaly-shaped particles between 0.1and 0.5 pm in diameter,a Dearly uniform particle size distribution,and"soft"agglomerates.
