综合康复训练改善阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能障碍的研究

目的 探讨有效的阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者认知功能的康复训练方法.方法 将80例早中期AD患者随机分为2组.对40例实验组患者进行为期1年的康复训练,包括智能、自理能力和体能训练,突出个体化训练;40例对照组患者仅接受常规措施.训练前后采用MMSE量表每3个月评定1次.结果 训练9～12个月后实验组MMSE总均分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;1年后实验组的“定向力”和“语言能力”得分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 综合康复训练可有效促进患者认知功能的改善,值得推广应用.

Study on the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with Alzheimer disease

Objective To study effective way of rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 80 AD patients at early and middle stages were randomized into two groups: experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Patients in the experimental group received one-year rehabilitation training,including individuated trainings of intelligence,self-care and physical ability,and those in the control group were treated with routine.All the patients were evaluated every 3 months with MMSE before and after training.Results The total scores of MMSE in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)after 9~12 months' training;After 1 year's training the scores of orientation and language were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve AD patients' cognitive function and could be used widely.
