摘    要:目的 探讨有效的阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能的康复训练方法.方法 将80例早中期AD患者随机分为2组.对40例实验组患者进行为期1年的康复训练,包括智能、自理能力和体能训练,突出个体化训练;40例对照组患者仅接受常规措施.训练前后采用MMSE量表每3个月评定1次.结果 训练9~12个月后实验组MMSE总均分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1年后实验组的“定向力”和“语言能力”得分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合康复训练可有效促进患者认知功能的改善,值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To study effective way of rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 80 AD patients at early and middle stages were randomized into two groups: experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Patients in the experimental group received one-year rehabilitation training,including individuated trainings of intelligence,self-care and physical ability,and those in the control group were treated with routine.All the patients were evaluated every 3 months with MMSE before and after training.Results The total scores of MMSE in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)after 9~12 months' training;After 1 year's training the scores of orientation and language were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve AD patients' cognitive function and could be used widely.
