咪唑斯汀联合西替利嗪递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的观察咪唑斯汀联合西替利嗪递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效。方法将入选的80例患者按就诊时间顺序随机分为两组,试验组40例,对照组40例。试验组:第一、二周早餐后咪唑斯汀10mg,睡前西替利嗪10mg。第三、四周第一天睡前咪唑斯汀10mg,第二天睡前西替利嗪10mg。第五、六周第一天睡前咪唑斯汀10mg,第二天停药,第三天睡前西替利嗪10mg。对照组:每日睡前服咪唑斯汀10mg,共6周。停药4周后观察复发情况。结果 6周结束后试验组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为92.5%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发率试验组(35%)明显低于对照组(50%)。结论咪唑斯汀联合西替利嗪递减疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意,又能降低复发率,值得临床进一步探讨。

Effect Observation of Decremental Therapy with Mizolastine Combined with Cetirizine for the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe the effects of decremental therapy with mizolastine combined with cetirizine for the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 80 patients selected according to the clinical time sequence were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(40 cases),control group(40 cases).In experimental group the patients were taken the mizolastine 10 mg after breakfast and cetirizine 10 mg before bedtime in the first,second week;mizolastine 10 mg before bedtime of the frist day and cetirizine 10 mg before bedtime of the second day in the third,forth week;mizolastine 10 mg before bedtime of the frist day,no drugs in the second day,cetirizine 10 mg before bedtime of the third day in the fifth,sixth week.In control group the patients were taken the mizolastine 10 mg before bedtime everyday for 6 weeks.The disease was observed after 4 weeks of stoping to be given drugs.Results The effective rate was 90% in experimental group and 92.5% in control group respectively after 6 weeks,there was no statistically significance difference in the two groups(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of experimental group(35%) was obviously lower than that of control group(50%).Conclusion Decremental therapy with mizolastine combined with cetirizine for the treatment of chronic urticaria has satisfactory effects and can reduce the recurrence rate,which deserves to be deeply explored.
