| 摘 要： | 介绍了ATS(自动检测系统)模拟总线的概念，并叙述了模拟总线的控制模型及控制程序的设计方法。这种技术不但可以简化测试程序的设计，还可以实现测试程序与信号转接通道设计的无关性，从而大大提高测试程序的可重用性和可维护性。

| Abstract: | The Conception of analog bus of ATS are introduced, the controlling model and program design method of analog bus are discussed. Based on this technology, TPS design can be simplified, and TPS can be independent of system signal transfer channel. So TPS can be reused in other systems, and its maintainability can be improved. |
