| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis，UC）是一种慢性的、非特异性的肠道炎症性疾病。至今其病因及发病机制尚不明确，治疗缺乏特异性，病程迁延。干细胞移植作为一种新型的治疗方法引起大家的关注，基础研究证实移植的干细胞可定居于肠道上皮，其定植机制及带来的生物安全伦理问题有待于进一步深入研究。本文就干细胞移植治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究现状和存在问题进行概述。

| Abstract: | Ulcerative colitis （UC） is characterized as chronic and nonspecific inflammation of gastroenteritis tract. Nowadays, etiology and pathogenesis of UC have been unclear. Recent basic research has been revealed that stem cell can settle down in epithelium of gastroenteritis tract, which provide a hope for treating the disease. In this article, we review the recent studies situation about stem cell transplantation treating UC and the existing questions of the new therapy. |
