球面圆角的数控铣削加工

摘    要:一般铣削加工零件都有需要加工的圆角,如果圆角是XY平面内的轮廓曲线,只需利用G2/G3指令就可以加工。如果圆角位于XZ平面内,利用普通立式数控铣床及常用刀具进行圆角加工,其编程方法与常用方法不同。球面圆角的加工方法有多种多样,最常用的编程方法是手工宏指令编程和应用编程软件如MasterCAM、UG、CAXA等自动编程,通过对这两种加工方法综合讲述,对照两种编程方法的优缺点在实习和实践中灵活运用。

Abstract:The fillets of general milling parts have to be machined,if they are the profile curve in the XY plane,they may be only machined to make use of G2 or G3 instruction.And if the fillets are the profile curve in the XZ plane,their programming methods should be different from general methods that they will be machined to make use of general vertical milling machine and cutter.The methods of machining sphere fillet are varied,the most frequently used programming methods are manual programming with macro-instruction and automatic programming with programming soft,such as MasterCAM、UG and CAXA.this paper introduced synthetically these two machining methods,and compared with their merit and demerit in general usage.
